Any Center assistant who starts remote work can now login to Rollcallz, navigate to the Profile page and click on the "Check in now" button. When they confirm to check in, a text message will automatically go to the Instructor notifying them that an assistant has started working remotely and clocking in their time.
Upon completion of the work, the assistant can log back into Rollcallz and click on the same button to check out. Again a text notification will go the instructor.
The hours worked remotely are automatically added to the assistants time card for processing the payroll hours.
