Rollcallz Welcomes Veteran Kumon Instructor Shoba Donti to Lead Franchise and Corporate Partnerships

Shoba brings decades of hands-on experience operating a successful Kumon center, with deep expertise across instructional operations, parent communication, staffing, compliance, and long-term business growth. After running her center for many years, she completed a successful exit, giving her a rare end-to-end perspective on what it takes to build a sustainable and valuable after-school business.

In her new role, Shoba will focus on building strategic relationships with after-school franchises and corporate organizations, helping align Rollcallz with the operational priorities and governance expectations of large franchise systems.
